Send your coffee machine to Baristocraat for repair or maintenance in this 60 × 50 × 50 cm box. Suitable for Nespresso Momento 100 and Gemini CS200 / CS220; discuss other models with us first.

Included

Service box, protective inserts, packing instructions and a return label for sending your machine to Baristocraat. No coffee machine is included.

Packing instructions

  1. Empty, clean and dry the machine, water tank, drip tray and capsule container.
  2. Include all trays and the water tank. Protect loose parts separately.
  3. Secure the machine between the protective inserts and follow the supplied instructions.
  4. Close the box with the plastic screw fasteners and attach the return label.

Charges

€45 excluding 21% VAT (€54.45 including VAT). Delivery of the box to your address is charged separately at checkout. Repair charges are quoted separately for approval. Box and label charges remain payable if you decline repair.

Your request

Provide the model, serial number and fault. A loan machine is free by arrangement; shipping and one box of 50 Lungo pods are charged separately. Availability and costs are confirmed beforehand. The box and return label are supplied after processing your order.
